Wellness Begins with Truth
Hey! I’m Mel, the visionary behind ToBeReal. You may remember me from my appearance on the hit 60 Minutes segment, "The Big Quit" as one of the many that contributed to “The Great Resignation” during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
I was shocked when I received the invitation because I didn’t realize I was part of a movement when I quit my job, I was just following my gut. I was unhappy, and I felt like life was too short to continue playing it safe while waiting for something to happen.
Since 2014 I have been on a radical journey to authenticity and awareness of self and I am ready to share what I have learned along the way.
